What to do when a recording has failed (no sound/no video)?

If a trainee has done a roleplay that has no video or/and audio input, the coach cannot assess the trainee. This problem with the recorded answer can be the result of varying technical problems. If the problems of the trainee persist, they could try it on a different device, or contact TrainTool support to solve the issue.

If it concerns a practice segment, the trainee can attempt the exercises again.

If it concerns an assessment, it could be that the trainee has used up their 2 tries. In that case, contact TrainTool support to reset the recordings. This will grant the trainee 2 new tries.
