Giving feedback on trainee exercises

Under feedback, you will find the feedback from your trainees, including both feedback requests and given feedback.

Providing feedback on feedback requests involves 5 steps:

1. Click on the feedback request of the trainee you want to provide feedback to.
2. Read the assignment description. It is possible to read and view the scenario description, task, and task video to which the trainee has responded.
3. Watch and listen to the trainee’s response by clicking the play button.
4. Check the criteria the trainee has met and provide written feedback.
5. Submit the feedback. Once you’ve submitted the feedback, the trainee will receive a notification.
