Getting Started with TrainTool: Steps to Begin
You have received an invitation e-mail to TrainTool. In this article you can read all the steps you have to take to start.
1. You receive an invitation e-mail
2. When you click Read more and join, TrainTool will open in your browser. Next, you will be asked whether or not you want to join the program.
3. If you would like to join, you will be able to select your language and set up a password for your profile.
4. Next up, you will see an overview of the program you will be following. You can watch the introduction and complete the test role play to make sure your microphone and camera are set up correctly by clicking the tile with "Test role play". You can do this role play as many times as you want.
6. Clicking the role plays will show you a situation and an assignment. The situation is given to give some context, and the assignment tells you how you should respond. You can watch the preparation and continue to the exercise.
7. After finishing, you can save your role play and give yourself feedback, or choose to retry the exercise. Then you can ask feedback from a trainee who's following the same program. After that, you can click continue to go to the next role play! If you encounter any problems you can start a chat with our support desk by clicking "Help" in the top right.
