      Resetting Your Password: Simple Steps for App and Computer Users

      There is a quick and easy way to reset your password if you have forgotten it!

      I'm using the app | I'm using a computer or laptop

       

      App

      Step 1: Click on "forgot password?"

      Step 2: Fill in your e-mail address (that you use to login in Traintool) and click on "send a new password". A mail is now being sent to you with instructions on resetting your password. 

      Step 3: Follow the steps in the mail you just received to reset your password.

      Computer

      Step 1: Make sure you are on the right TrainTool page (for example: company.traintool.com) and click on 'Forgot your password?'

      Step 2: Fill in your e-mail address (that you use to login in Traintool) and click on "send a new password". A mail is now being sent to you with instructions on resetting your password. 

      Step 3: Follow the steps in the mail you just received to reset your password.
