Enhancing Feedback Collaboration: Adding Friends and Sharing Recordings in TrainTool
Trainees have the ability to add friends while they’re doing a Role Play program. These friends have to be trianees that are enrolled in the same program as they are. Saved recordings are shared with these friends, so that they can give feedback.
When someone asks for feedback, their friend will receive an e-mail or a push notification that contains a link to the feedback request. They will see the exercise video and the participant’s recording, which they can give feedback to using appraisal questions and a text field.
When the friend is logged on to the mobile app (available on iOS and Android), they will receive a notification instead of an e-mail.
