Scheduling Coach Calls for Trainees
As of recently, coaches have been able to schedule coach calls for trainees. You can do this by going to the trainees overview within the coach environment. There you will find the trainees that you can schedule a call with.
When you click on the View button, you will get an overview of the participant's programs. It lists the segments and their status. You can also find the Plan Call button here.
If you press Plan Call, an overview appears with the days and times on which this participant is available. If you click on one of the days circled in blue you can choose the exact time for the coach call.
You can then click Confirm, which will show a screen with the chosen day and time again. In this screen you can also indicate the location and write a message that the participant will receive.
