At TrainTool, we never stand still. In Q3, we worked on three major innovations that take our user experience to the next level.
1. Our mobile app completely renewed
We have transitioned from a separate mobile app to a web app with a mobile wrapper. That may sound technical, but for our users it mainly means convenience: the mobile app is now always in sync with the web version of TrainTool. Where updates previously had to be rolled out separately, you now automatically and instantly have access to the latest features and improvements in the app. The result? A consistent experience on every device, less maintenance, and an app that is always future-proof.
2. TrainTool Library available to everyone (Education only)
Since the start of the new school year, the TrainTool Library has been available to all administrators and coaches. From this digital library, you can browse all TrainTool programs and, as an administrator, instantly add programs to your account to get started with them. How? Simple! Just click ‘TrainTool Library’ in the top-right corner of the main menu and select the program you’d like to work with.
3. RealTime conversations in the final testing phase
The launch of RealTime conversations is a major milestone for TrainTool. This new feature brings practicing conversations closer to reality than ever before. The AI responds instantly and dynamically, giving participants the true feeling of being in a real conversation. We are currently running the first beta tests, fine-tuning the last details. Early feedback has been very positive and confirms that this will be a real gamechanger for communication and skills training. Soon, we will roll out this innovation widely to all users.
