Resetting Trainee Answers for Tests
For a coach it is possible to reset the answers of trainees for tests, so that the trainee can redo the exercise. This can be desirable for instance when the recording didn't work for the trainee.
You can do this in the following way:
1. In the appraisal request, go to the exercise that needs to be reset. For instance:
2. Click on the downward arrow in the bottom right corner, and choose 'Reset answer'.
The appraisal request will disappear from your coach environment. When a trainee completes the Role Play again, it will automatically appear in your coach environment.
Pay attention: Resetting the answer can only be done when you haven't finalized and sent the assessment of the appraisal request yet.
