TrainTool is an online learning environment in which trainees can improve their communicative skills, such as presenting, conducting a job interview, giving feedback and sales pitches for example. Trainees see a video of a situation and record their reaction with their webcam or camera on their mobile device. They can watch their own reaction and assess it based on appraisal criteria. Furthermore, it's possible to receive feedback from peers and/or coaches.
TrainTool is used at banks, retail stores, universities, training bureaus and all sorts of other large and small organizations.
