Giving feedback is your most important task in TrainTool. Trainees receive useful tips to develop their communication skills from you. That is the reason it is important for you to give feedback carefully and to be aware of the responsibility that comes with this task.
Monitor progress
Next to this, it's important that you as a coach monitor the progress of your trainees. Try to motivate trainees who are running behind and emphasize why it's important to finish the program. Also address the training goals on the work floor besides stating these goals in TrainTool. The online program is a tool to achieve the intended result, but it all depends on the way that it is promoted on the work floor.
