RealTime Insights** RealTime conversations now have their own reports. Open RealTime insights in Trainee reports to see how your group is doing: how many trainees have practiced, a competency profile of the whole group, and every criterion with the number of trainees who passed it (starting with the hardest one). In the profile, you can switch between the latest results and the progress of trainees who practiced again. Additionally, Alix spots patterns in trainee results (e.g., a competency where most trainees perform well, but a few miss almost everything). Each trainee’s individual report also includes a new section for RealTime exercises. Everything in view while giving feedback** When reviewing an exercise or test, you can now switch between the trainee’s response and the role-play video, and between the assignment and the transcript, right next to your feedback. No more jumping back and forth between pages. **3. Export peer feedback** Admins and coaches can now download peer feedback as a CSV file, keeping the same filters and sorting you have set on screen. ### Trainees **1. RealTime exercises improved** - A RealTime exercise can now start with an introduction, so trainees know what to expect before the conversation begins. - A notification lets you know when there is one minute left in the conversation. - On your phone, you can enlarge and drag the avatar's video to frame the avatar however you like. - After a conversation, a competency profile chart shows how you scored on each competency. ### Admins **1. Copy a program with its coaches** When copying a program within your account, check **Use the same coaches** to keep the coach setup of the original program. **2. Sign users out of all devices (Account Admins only)** In Users and Trainees, admins can now sign someone out of TrainTool across all their devices—for example, after a lost phone or an open session on a shared computer.
