Are videos saved?

Storage and Media Files

For the app to work, the following media files will be saved on the device:

• Recordings
• Exercise videos

The following files will not be saved:

• Example videos and pictures (theory)
• Videos and pictures from the introduction

Even though some files will be saved, this won't exceed ±75MB on average. If you have 16GB storage, this is less than 0,5%. When you're finished training, you can delete the app and these files will be deleted too.
